Gain knowledge of the users, competitive products research, settings goals and objectives, interviews with stakeholders (I've also interviewed the customer service representatives, I wanted to find out what users complained about, the reason for not completing bookings), gathering of analytics using Flurry. Interviews with existing users. Building personas.

Wireframes
Once we've discussed the paper UX sketches i designed wireframes using Omnigraffle.
High fidelity UI designs
When the wireframes are approved and discussed I started working on the UI designs using Sketch.
Prototyping
Once few options were signed off It's time to prototype. I used InVision for the simplest interaction and Proto.io for animations and gestures which I couldn't achieve using InVision.
User Testing
We did some guerrilla testing in the local coffee shop and asked colleagues to test the prototype with friends and family. Eventually we tested with external users using UserTesting.com. We also did some A/B testing. it was important to find out the best solution for ASAP and Later bookings and also the booking options.
Assets and Specs
Eventually it was time to cut assets for the Dev team and Spec the designs.
App is finally released in the Apple store
